The Kayaori dish towel is studded with Japanese sweets that can be enjoyed in winter, such as petal mochi and camellia nerikiri.
The Nara craft ``Kayaori'' is a thin, open-woven fabric that was passed down before the Nara period and is used for mosquito nets that allow wind to pass through but keep mosquitoes out. The dish towel is made of five layers of cotton kaya-woven fabric sewn together and becomes softer the more you use it. Also suitable for utensils, wipes, towels, etc. For small greetings and handing out items.
