Yuzu has a refreshing acidity and aroma that adds accent to a variety of dishes. I drew the young, blue fruit and the ripe, yellow fruit on a Kayaori dish towel. The Nara craft ``Kayaori'' is a thin, open-woven fabric used for mosquito nets that was passed down before the Nara period and was said to allow wind to pass through but not mosquitoes. This dish towel is made of 5 layers of cotton kaya-weave sewn together, and the more you use it, it gets softer, has excellent water absorption, and is durable and can be used for a long time. Also suitable for utensils, wipes, towels, etc. For small greetings and handing out items.
